Timothy V. Randolph I started selling Rainsoft in 1980. By 1982, he had earned 3 promotions and named Director of Sales. During this time, Tim drove the company to be the second largest dealer in the United States and earned multiple awards for sales excellence, including Aquion’s prestigious President’s Advisory Council.
In 1990, Tim opened his own Rainsoft distributorship in Lakeland, FL and within 3 years had reached the highest levels of obtainable dealership success. In 1999 he was inducted into the Rainsoft Hall of Fame for his many contributions to the business. By his 10th year, Tim and his staff had built the company to be the largest water treatment dealership in the world with over $35 million in gross annual sales. Tim was actively involved in the day-to-day operations of his company until 2003 and has since served in an advisory capacity.
From 1963-1966 Tim served in the US Army Infantry in Korea and Vietnam. He now lives in Orlando with his wife, Dianne. Together, they have 2 children: Tim and Kimm, and 4 grandsons: Scottie, Jackson, Tres and Ransom. He is an avid outdoorsman and a member of Veterans of Foreign War, National Rifle Association, International Game Fish Association, National Turkey Federation and Ducks, Unlimited.
Timothy V. Randolph II started with Florida Energy Water & Air in December of 1993 shortly after graduating from UCF with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts. After 4 years in sales and sales management Tim was promoted to President in 1997, the same job he holds today. Tim lives in Apopka with his wife, Amber, and two sons, Tres and Ransom. Tim is a member of the Golden Knight Club and an avid fan of all Knight programs.
Tim is very proud to lead the company his Father started in 1990. He feels the dedication of the employees and management to customer satisfaction is what has led to the long term success of Florida Energy Water & Air.
Bob Hogan started with Florida Energy Water & Air in 1997, after dedicating 5 years to owning a small, local restaurant chain. Bob received his Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Iona College in New York. From 1998 to 2010 Bob earned 6 promotions that led to his current position of Vice President of FEWA. Bob was awarded FEWA’s Manager of the Year in 1999, Employee of the Year for 2005-2006 and has earned multiple awards for sales excellence including Aquion’s prestigious President’s Advisory Council award.
Bob lives in Oviedo with his wife, Randi, and beautiful daughters; Allie, Hannah and Carlie. Bob discovered early in his career that he was quite good at helping people and if he helped as many families as he possibly could, he would wind up doing very well for himself and his family.
Peter Fantino began his career with Florida Energy Water & Air in July 2012 after investing the past 11 years traveling the country developing, growing and managing marketing efforts and personnel that directly contributed to the rising success of The Home Depot’s preferred water treatment equipment: Rainsoft. Before joining the Rainsoft family in 2001, Peter spent 3 tours in the U.S. Army. It was during the 1st Iraq War that Peter learned how to cultivate his natural leadership skills and won every Leadership Award that he was working toward.
Peter lives in Oviedo with his wife, Robyn, and his three daughters: Hayden, Bailey and Peyton. He believes that his many experiences and past success are a perfect fit with FEWA’s mission of bringing cost-effective energy solutions to all Florida homeowners and businesses.
Kimberly Seamens started with Florida Energy Water & Air soon after receiving a Bachelor’s of Science in Journalism from the University of Florida in 1992. Kimm works diligently to ensure quality marketing programs that symbolize FEWA’s dedication to providing true value to customers and local consumers. Her efforts have won national attention in the water treatment industry.
Kimm lives in Debary with her husband Scott and their boys, Scottie and Jackson. She enjoys youth sports, reading, photography, snow skiing and kayaking. Kimm is proud to work alongside such a dedicated and hard-working group and is confident that future employees will benefit greatly from this generation’s contributions.
Jason Spinney began his career with Florida Energy Water & Air in 1999 in an entry-level position installing water treatment in Gainesville. He received his degree from New Hampshire College in graphic design and business in 1994. Through hard work and determination, Jason quickly excelled up the corporate ladder to Vice President of Operations. Jason has earned multiple national awards for sales excellence and Florida Energy Water & Air’s Manager of the Year in 2000, Service Manager of the Year in 2002, Employee of the Year in 2004.
Jason lives in Orlando and is a black belt in Kenpo Karate. He plays guitar regularly and surfs. Jason enjoys the many challenges of running a business of FEWA’s size and sees nothing but growth in his future. It is his goal to provide every customer with a positive experience.
Scott Seamens began his career with Florida Energy Water & Air in 1992 after attending the University of Florida. He began in an entry-level position installing water treatment. In 1994 Scott was promoted to Field Service Manager and shortly after promoted to Service Manager.
Scott has earned several National and Regional performance awards and was awarded Florida Energy Water & Air’s Employee of the Year in 2003. Scott lives in Debary with his wife, Kimm, and sons, Scottie and Jackson. He enjoys all outdoor activities including coaching youth baseball, kayaking, fishing and hunting.
Terrence Dupree began his career with Florida Energy Water & Air in 2002 in the sales department. He has earned 5 promotions in his 9 years and currently holds the prominent position of Director of Sales & Marketing. Terrence was voted Manager of the Year in 2003, 2004, 2005-2006 and Employee of the Year in 2008. He has earned Aquion’s prestigious President’s Advisory Council award for sales excellence 4 times and a 5 Diamond Manager’s Award.
Terrence graduated from Duke University in 2000 as an Academic All Conference Athlete and played professional football in the NFL for the San Francisco 49ers and Detroit Lions. Terrence lives in Riverview with his lovely wife, Lakesia, handsome son, Tremayne and beautiful daughter, Tekeiyah.
Mike Murray started with Florida Energy Water & Air’s sales department part time in the summer of 2008. He chose to come aboard full time in 2010. Mike earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Elementary Education from Florida State University in 2002 and devoted 7 years to teaching high school math and PE. In addition, he coached the boy’s basketball and golf teams.
Mike was awarded FEWA’s Rookie of the Year for outstanding sales performance in 2010. He lives in Longwood and has two children, Tommy and Tyler. In his spare time Mike plays basketball and cards and loves to watch sporting events.
Bruce began his career selling Rainsoft in 1997 and came to work with Florida Energy Water & Air in 2004. Bruce has 20 years of experience in the wholesale tire industry where he began in an entry-level warehouse position and worked his way up the ranks to become President of United Tire Group. With Florida Water Energy & Air, Bruce created his own success as a sales manager, Director of the Home Depot Sales Division and Director of Sales. Bruce’s biggest asset is his tremendous talent and ability to train FEWA’s programs and motivate his staff. Bruce lives in Melbourne and has two sons, Matthew and Christopher. Bruce enjoys golf and shooting pool with his friends.
